Cancellation Policy

1. Free cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Late cancellations

  • Between 72 and 48 hours: fee of 30% of the total service price.
  • Less than 48 hours: up to 100% of the agreed price

3. Rescheduling

  • Requests made 24 hours or more in advance: no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Requests made with less than 24 hours notice: rescheduling fee of 30% or reimbursement of incurred logistical costs.

4. No-show
Failure to be present at the agreed location without prior notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service price.

    All cancellations made via phone or WhatsApp will be confirmed by email.

6. Cancellation by the company
If SA4 Removals is unable to provide the service (e.g., vehicle breakdown, force majeure), we will offer rescheduling, a credit note or a full refund.

7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days, deducting non-recoverable costs (e.g., parking permits already paid).
