Privacy Policy

  1. Scope
    These terms govern the services provided by SA4 Removals to the customer.
  2. Quotes
    Quotes are valid for 30 days. Any change in service scope (extra volume, different access) may alter the final price.
  3. Booking and payment
    A deposit of [X%] may be required. Balance is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

  4. Customer obligations
    Provide accurate information, ensure access/parking, identify fragile items and declare high-value goods.
  5. SA4 Removals obligations

  6. Damages and claims
    Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours. Compensation, when applicable, is limited to the value assessed or insurance limits.
  7. Cancellations
    The Cancellation Policy applies. In cases of force majeure, SA4 may reschedule or cancel without penalty.
  8. Subcontracting
    SA4 may subcontract part of the service while remaining contractually responsible.
  9. Limitations
    No liability for delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, legal restrictions) or for undeclared/prohibited items.
  10. Data protection
    Data processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.
