- Scope
These terms govern the services provided by SA4 Removals to the customer. - Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Any change in service scope (extra volume, different access) may alter the final price. - Booking and payment
A deposit of [X%] may be required. Balance is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, other [specify]. - Customer obligations
Provide accurate information, ensure access/parking, identify fragile items and declare high-value goods. - SA4 Removals obligations
Perform services professionally, maintain liability/transport insurance [specify policy/limits], inform the client of relevant delays or incidents. - Damages and claims
Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours. Compensation, when applicable, is limited to the value assessed or insurance limits. - Cancellations
The Cancellation Policy applies. In cases of force majeure, SA4 may reschedule or cancel without penalty. - Subcontracting
SA4 may subcontract part of the service while remaining contractually responsible. - Limitations
No liability for delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, legal restrictions) or for undeclared/prohibited items. - Data protection
Data processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.
